Off the Wall Teen Writing & Drawing Contest February 1 through March 1

Top poems and stories will be published in HPL's "Off the Wall" magazine.  Original Drawings, Manga & Cartoons will be printed in a special art section.  See your work in print!  Etnries Due March 1.  Contest Rules avaailable at Library.  All art work must be black & white.
